Day 9

Day 9 of the December Photo Project
Dayla loves putting on and taking off bracelets ever since her Grandma showed her how. Last night she pulled out a bunch of baby legs from her drawer and wanted me to put them on her arms. She proudly wore them around the house for the next hour and kept them on during our trip to the supermarket. She was quite a site running down the aisles screaming with joy at the top of her lungs in pink pants, a blue tank top, and these multi-colored legwarmers on her arms.

Day 6

Day 6 of the December Photo Project
I took this picture in a supermarket in Pico Rivera, CA. One of the employees chased after me and told me I wasn’t allowed to take pictures in the store. I wrestled him to the ground, pinned his arm behind his back and took non-stop pictures of him until he burst into tears. Those pictures turned out pretty good too but I am only allowed to post one picture per day for the December Photo Project so you’ll just have to trust me.

Day 3

Day 3 of the December Photo Project
Dayla has gotten into the habit of throwing everything she can into the bathtub while it is still filling with water. We now have to close the bathroom door when we are getting it ready. Last night I caught her staring at her plush hand puppet frog floating in the bubbles. While I was pulling it out she had already run out of the room to her toy basket and was grabbing her other plush frog. While I applaud her for understanding frogs’ aquatic nature, I had to instruct her not to put them in the bath.
This is a picture of the frog after he took a dip. Notice his matted fur.

Day 2

Day 2 of the December Photo Project
Today I got to visit one of my company’s primary product distribution centers. It was amazing to see all the behind the scenes action that takes place to keep a store in stock. The warehouse is over 300,000 sqaure feet which was staggering to me, but “small” (I am told) but retail standards. I posted a few more pictures in a Flickr set if you are interested.
